We have a separate refund policy for Ebooks and video courses.
Delivery of Ebooks is through digital PDF files and once delivered they can easily be copied. Therefore, we don’t accept refund requests regarding purchase of our Ebooks as there is no possible way to ensure return of the actual product. So there’s a “No Refund” policy with regards to Ebooks sales.
Our customers who register / enroll into our video courses receive a unique user account on our portal, and they can access the course/material by logging into their unique account.
In an unlikely event that a customer is not satisfied with the product and needs a refund, they just need to send an email to our support staff within 60 days of their purchase and we will refund them the full amount. Once refund is processed, their user access will be suspended so they won’t be able to access the video course any more.
